Plumbing problem during winter storm. I called many companies but no solutions were given. The earliest someone promised to come by was the next day morning. I have an elderly husband who needs 24/7 care, but, without the ability to use water, it's impossible. I got a call from this place and can't say I was pleasant. When the lady listened and tell me she will send someone out but can't said when, I just said yeah, yeah. It was lunch time by then, and I decided to take my husband out for lunch, thinking nobody would show up in a few hours. I got a phone call on our way to restaurant, he was coming in 20 minutes, I tell him to go head and get in to the house. He called back in a few minutes to tell me what he needs to do and why with price, with my okayed, he called while we were having our dessert to informed me all was done. Yes, we took a long lunch, but, everything was taken care of and we came back to problem free home. Great job!
