This was a schedule preventative maintenance HVAC visit. I found the technician to be ahead of schedule, competent and relatable. We have an extensive Lennox whole home air handling, filtration system (originally installed by Lightfoot). I like the filters(3) and UV light to be checked at least twice a year, and replaced as necessary. The technician also offered to clean dryer vent for a fairly reasonable price.

He did an amazing job, was courteous, explained things well, and took extra time to try to locate the pipe at nighttime, with very muddy/wet dirt, which added to it all.
