I had a membership with Lightfoot a couple of years ago and ended up letting it go. Big mistake. I had an emergency problem and instead of calling the tried and true. I called another local company. I have had nothing but problems with that company. They did not stand behind their word and a lot of the work they did had to be redone. They also caused extra damage. This time I needed assist I called Lightfoot. They were prompt, professional and very reasonable. I did sign a new membership with them and will keep it current from here on out. Lesson learned. I called them with septic issues, and Tristan was informative, friendly, and although they couldn't help fix our issue, he helped diagnose it and gave us a referral to a septic company he feels can address our overall issue.
