Tristen, was very professional, saw what the problem was a clogged drain and took care of it. He was knowable with process and finished it in a timely manner. I would use him/Lightfoot again. He cleared roots from the outside drain and let me know the seal on the pipe was not a good seal. Someone will have to come back and take care of that problem in the near future.

Rip off! Tech sat in van for 45mins then proceeded to the collection of service fee, offered a quote 4 times the the actual price of work knowing I would never agree to such a high quote as he didn't want to do any work so he over priced the job. Collect a fee & leave.easy money if all he does is drive around & collect service call fees for the day.

Lightfoot is amazing. My mom passed away and we received a call that her house was cold and the temps were dropping in the 20s. We shot up to her home.(5 hours away) Lightfoot came out right away, ordered the part, installed and programmed it all within 24 hours start to finish. Curtis was amazing! Thank you so much for all you did to get everything up and running so quickly!

Wow super impressed with Lightfoot. We had a electrical panel melt down on Thanksgiving night. Our tech Ricky Hubbie was here first thing that morning and restored some power to the house that day. He return Friday morning and completely repaired amd replaced all the components. Super grateful for Lightfoot,Ricky and the entire team.
