Lightfoot came out to check my thermostat that was installed 18 mo ago with our new system because it wasn't connecting online so I could adjust heat/cooling while away. Turns out that likely one of the power outages damaged the thermostat. Justin tried to fix it (just as I had tried) by re-setting the WiFi and resetting the thermostat but no luck. After speaking with the office, he installed a newer/more expensive thermostat in its place. I did have to pay for the labor. I have a new thermostat and everything is working great. I appreciated Justin's communication with me on my options.

Work was done in a timely manner and finished up with a walk through to make sure everything was working as it should be.
