I had a membership with Lightfoot a couple of years ago and ended up letting it go. Big mistake. I had an emergency problem and instead of calling the tried and true. I called another local company. I have had nothing but problems with that company. They did not stand behind their word and a lot of the work they did had to be redone. They also caused extra damage. This time I needed assist I called Lightfoot. They were prompt, professional and very reasonable. I did sign a new membership with them and will keep it current from here on out. Lesson learned. Lightfoot has been our go to for several years and will continue to do so! Josh was very thorough with the repairs we needed, he even went to Ft. Worth, made another service call and came back here with the parts we needed. Josh even took the time to set our thermostat schedule, great service, thank you Josh!

I am very pleased with the service that Tristan and Lightfoot Mechanical Services gave to me. I called them with septic issues, and Tristan was informative, friendly, and although they couldn't help fix our issue, he helped diagnose it and gave us a referral to a septic company he feels can address our overall issue.
