Technician George Payne has been servicing our HVAC unit for approximately 8 years. Four years ago the fan on the outside unit failed and he was able to replace it with a used unit off of a recently turned in unit of only two years use for a savings of a couple of thousand dollars. This fall George recommended the replacement of the fan unit and we proceeded. We've learned that George will "run-the -extra-mile" to keep us functional at the lowest cost.
