Tristen, was very professional, saw what the problem was a clogged drain and took care of it. He was knowable with process and finished it in a timely manner. I would use him/Lightfoot again. He cleared roots from the outside drain and let me know the seal on the pipe was not a good seal. Someone will have to come back and take care of that problem in the near future.

Rip off! Tech sat in van for 45mins then proceeded to the collection of service fee, offered a quote 4 times the the actual price of work knowing I would never agree to such a high quote as he didn't want to do any work so he over priced the job. Collect a fee & leave.easy money if all he does is drive around & collect service call fees for the day. Bad business, everyone i know and everyone i meet will know about your company 😌
