Great professional repairman showed up on time!!!! Fully explained what he was going to do. Inspected the HVAC system. Gave recommendations as to the things that needed repair. Gave us several options about the recommended repairs. Quickly made the repairs that we agreed on. Great guy !!! We will always ask for Jason!!!!
Responded quickly, efficient in diagnosing the problem and fixed the isuue the same visit. Took several hours and a lot of grime but he didn't leave until it was fixed properly. Will definitely use again.
Jonah Boyd was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the tasks I wanted completed as part of this semi-annual check of electrical components within the home. He went about his work guickly and quietly. After completing his work Jonah sat down and we discussed further upgrades my wife and I thought about doing to our home. In the end he left us with useful and practical advice. He is definitely an asset and good will representative for the Lightfoot Mechanical.

We went with Lightfoot for our ceiling fan installation and so glad we did. The pricing was reasonable (especially with new member discount) and installation was completed on the same day they quoted me. Luckily, I had a few quotes prior to understand pricing but they were the most thorough and offered more than just electrician work. Fans were installed in about a hour and a half and the electricians were kind and helpful. I also appreciate the membership breakdown and look forward to utilizing it throughout our home.

This was a schedule preventative maintenance HVAC visit. I found the technician to be ahead of schedule, competent and relatable. We have an extensive Lennox whole home air handling, filtration system (originally installed by Lightfoot). I like the filters(3) and UV light to be checked at least twice a year, and replaced as necessary. The technician also offered to clean dryer vent for a fairly reasonable price.
Doug came out, was on time and worked quickly. He was able to complete my repair with professionalism and was able to explain what caused the problem. I highly recommend them and will use them again when needed. Thank you, Doug!
I had an emergency with a water pipe leak In my yard; I called Lightfoot and was able to get Corey to come out to fix it. He did an amazing job, was courteous, explained things well, and took extra time to try to locate the pipe at nighttime, with very muddy/wet dirt, which added to it all. I was so appreciative of the time, diligence provided by Corey to resolve the problem same day! Pricing was upfront and honest as well! Thank you so much Corey and Lightfoot plumbing! Would highly recommend and use them again!
Scott was very professional and helpful! As he diagnosed one of our issues, he discovered and corrected an issue that was potentially dangerous and we are grateful to him for that! He was a hard worker and very friendly. We will request him again if we have a future project!
Discovered a plumbing issue late afternoon. Tried other plumbers-they wouldn't be there for a few days. Lightfoot was out the next afternoon. Matt texted ahead as to arrival time. Courteous and explained everything in plain English. Showed exactly what service would cost BEFORE doing work. Totally satisfied.
